Southern Oregon Employee Assistance Program is about people. Employers contract with SOEAP so that their employees have free access to our counselors to address and solve a variety of personal and work-related problems. Our services are available if your employer contracts with us.
Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help. The EAP can provide the confidential, professional services needed to assist employees with personal problems that may affect their job performance.
Why an Employee Assistance Program? Personal problems are a part of everyone's life. Some of these problems become too big to be solved alone and can interfere with job performance. Asking for help can be the first step toward resolving a problem and a positive way to overcome a negative situation.
Job security or promotional opportunities are not jeopardized by seeking counseling. Employers participating in this program encourage employees to maintain their physical and emotional health.
